During lockdown, Lucy, the owner of a bustling café in the picturesque town of Ardfern on the Argyle peninsula, turned to Buchanan Drive Digital. With her baked bread in high demand via her ‘Lockdown Bakery’, she needed a website to manage orders and to promote her business.
Mobile wayfinding was a crucial aspect of the website. Therefore, we embedded deep links to both Google and Apple Maps directly on the homepage. Additionally, we incorporated simple and user-friendly funnels to the most popular pages, enabling customers to easily book a table or place a bakery order for local pick-up.
We were most fortunate to have first-class images from Bill Baillie Photography, which perfectly captured the atmosphere and location, providing us with a rich collection of images for the new website.
Lastly, we can also attest to the incredible food at Lucy’s Ardfern, having visited for lunch. If you’re in the area, we highly recommend everything on the menu!
